Return and Cancellations

1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Initiation of Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contacts.babyzen@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.


3. Return Process:

  • Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.



4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photos or evidence of the damage or defect for verification purposes.
  • We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference and product availability.


5. Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized items, unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition.
  • Items returned after 14 days from the delivery date.


8. Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.


Please retain your proof of shipment until your return is processed. We reserve the right to amend this return policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on our website.
